Set on the legendary Pacific Northwest map, this cursed region has become a kingdom of darkness ruled by ancient vampire lords and their endless armies of the undead. What was once a thriving wilderness of forests, mountains, and forgotten settlements has fallen beneath the shadow of the Blood Moon.

Your mission is simple: survive the night.

As daylight fades, the true rulers of the region emerge from the darkness. Vampires stalk the forests, blood-drunk creatures hunt abandoned settlements, and entire towns have fallen under the control of powerful clans whose origins have been lost to time.

The line between life and death has become blurred. Survivors entering Eternal Nightmare quickly discover that the darkness itself is alive.
