Ronald, better known throughout the community as Staler, is the current Chief of Staff for The Exiled Gaming Community. His journey within Exiled began not as staff, but as a regular player with a passion for helping build and improve the community. Through dedication, creativity, and countless hours of work behind the scenes, he steadily worked his way through the ranks to become one of the driving forces behind Exiled's development.

Over the years, Staler has contributed to numerous projects across the community. He has designed and implemented custom admin missions, created unique DayZ reskins and content, and played a major role in developing and maintaining Exiled's FiveM server. His focus has always been on creating engaging experiences for players while helping the community continue to grow and evolve.

Outside of gaming, Staler has spent much of his life immersed in music. His journey began as a teenager DJing in local clubs, developing a deep appreciation for music and live entertainment. This passion eventually led him into professional sound engineering, working with local bands before progressing to large-scale events as both a sound engineer and lighting engineer. Throughout his career, he has worked on productions featuring internationally recognized artists including Shaggy, UB40, Damian Marley, Julian Marley, Sean Paul, Israel Vibration, Lee "Scratch" Perry and Burning Spear, along with many other respected performers from around the world.

Creativity has always been a central part of Staler's life. His artistic journey started with graffiti art before expanding into portrait drawing and digital design. More than twenty years ago, he began learning Adobe Photoshop, a skill that would become one of his strongest assets. Today, his experience in graphic design contributes to many of Exiled's visual projects, from promotional material to custom game assets and textures.

Whether he's developing servers, creating artwork, engineering live events, or broadcasting music, Staler brings the same philosophy to everything he does: passion, creativity, and a commitment to building memorable experiences for others.
