1. Community Conduct

By participating in The Exiled Gaming Community servers, Discord, and Exiled Radio, you agree to treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, cheating, and exploitation are not tolerated and may result in removal without notice.

2. Donations

Donations support server hosting, Exiled Radio, and charitable initiatives. Donation rank kits are permanent, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Paragon ranks are merit-based and cannot be purchased.

3. Staff & Applications

Submitting a staff application does not guarantee a position. Information you submit is used solely to evaluate your application and may be shared with community staff via Discord.

4. Liability

The community is provided "as is." We are not liable for in-game losses, downtime, or third-party services.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
